You can also submit requests on behalf of your minor child. You may submit two access or data portability requests per 12-month period free of charge. To process your request, we require: Sufficient information to verify your identity or authority A detailed description of your request to ensure we can respond appropriately We cannot fulfill your request or provide information if we are unable to verify your identity or authority. Creating an account with us is not required to submit a verifiable request. We will use the Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request only to confirm the requestor’s identity or their authority to submit the request. RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receiving it. If more time is needed (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing, explaining the reason for the delay and the new timeframe. If you have an account with us, we will send the response to your account. If you do not have an account, we will send the response via mail or electronically, according to your preference. Our response will cover the 12 months preceding the receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfill your request, the response will provide the reason. For data portability requests, we will supply your Personal Information in a format that is easy to use and can be transferred to another organization without difficulty. We will not charge for processing or responding to verifiable consumer requests unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If we decide to charge a fee, we will notify you of the reason and provide a cost estimate before completing your request. PERSONAL INFORMATION SALES OPT-OUT AND OPT-IN RIGHTS If you are 16 years or older, you have the right to instruct us not to sell your Personal Information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age unless: We receive explicit permission from the consumer aged 13 to 16 (the “right to opt-in”). We obtain authorization from a parent or guardian for consumers under 13 years old. Consumers who opt-in to the sale of their data may opt-out of future sales at any time. NON-DISCRIMINATION We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Unless allowed by law, we will not: Deny you goods or services.
